Visiting this community today I was very impressed with the professionalism kindness and warmth within the community. The care staff was very kind watching them interact with the residence was sweet. It's a beautiful Community I met with Patricia and she was very kind and helpful you could tell she has a warm soul and is exactly where she needs to be helping others age In place.

We have had a very good experience with Heartis over the last 8 or so years. The staff is friendly, helpful and professional. The chef has always been willing to help with dietary restrictions. This is a wonderful place. I would recommend it to anyone.

We are so grateful we found Heartis Mid Cities. From the first tour, the Patricia was welcoming, transparent, and kind. The facility is very clean, modern, and free of unpleasant odors that we noticed at other places in the Mid-Cities area. The care team is attentive, the food is good, and the daily activities keep residents engaged. It has given our family true peace of mind." Patricia is awesome!

A few weeks ago, we began looking for an independent living apartment for our sister who had suffered a severe arm injury and was going through intensive rehab.
We were given the names of a few places in the HEB area for independent seniors that also provided the supportive services she needs now. We checked them out for her … but when we visited HEARTIS we knew the search had ended.
Of course, the facility is beautiful, the services are exactly what she needs… but what sold us on Heartis as much as the facility was Patricia Schad! She is truly amazing .. so informative, genuinely caring, patient, kind, professional and very senior focused
She tirelessly and patiently showed us the entire facility to include the model apartment and available apartments. When our sister was able, Patricia took her (along with us) to see everything again before signing the lease.
Thank you to Patricia for everything she has done (and continues to do) to help make this transition a positive one for our sister.

In November, 2025 our family unexpectedly found ourselves needing the services of an assisted living facility near our North Arlington (Viridian) community. After interviewing several programs, we ultimately decided on Heartis Mid Cities in Bedford, and we have subsequently been very pleased with this choice. From the top administrators to the caregivers, we have found that Heartis is staffed with a very caring, professional group. The general manager, Peyton Iman, is a very open, receptive administrator who is always available to discuss any issue that concerns us. Tiffany Romain, an RN, who is director of residential care is always available to discuss any issue that concerns us and "Q" her assistant, also a RN, takes care of our family members in a most friendly manner. They model open, friendly communication which we experience from all levels of caregivers and med-techs. We feel that we are a part of a "Family" of caring providers. Even Adrienne Silva, the business office manager, goes out of her way to make certain we have no unanswered questions. Without hesitation we provide our unqualified endorsement of Heartis Mid Cities and its staff as a desirable program for friends and family members in need of consistent, loving care.

We’ve had such a wonderful experience with this assisted living community. The staff has been incredibly kind, attentive, and supportive to both our family and my stepmom. One thing we especially appreciate is their excellent communication. Whenever my dad calls to check on her, they are always willing to take the time to update him and answer any questions, which gives our family so much peace of mind.
Another thing that has stood out is how easy they make it to adjust the level of care as her needs change. The process has been effortless, and they’ve always been accommodating and understanding, making sure she continues to receive exactly the support she needs.
It truly means a lot to know she is in a place where she is cared for with compassion and professionalism. We are very grateful for the staff and the environment they’ve created.

We moved in late 2025. Mom was in a skilled nursing facility. She came into Heartis Assisted living on a level 4 care. She has received consistently better care. Staff is extremely compassionate and prompt. Peyton and Tiffany are easy to reach and eager to hear the good and especially the bad, of which there have only been minor concerns. They are quick to address and followup. We explained when moving mom, we were moving her into the "country club"!! She's not been disappointed. We highly recommend Heartis Mid Cities
