Caring for the community
Heartis Venice is managed by Solvere Living, a leader and innovator in senior living communities. At every level, our team is made up of highly qualified and experienced individuals who are passionate about providing personalized care in an inspiring environment. They take the time to connect with community members and their families because the better they know the residents, the better equipped they are to monitor and positively affect their health, well-being, and safety.
Solvere Living MVP Program
Celebrating those who inspire. Recognizing those who make a difference. The Solvere Mission Values Purpose (MVP) Program recognizes team members who make a difference in our communities by going above and beyond. Every day, these team members exemplify Solvere’s core values of integrity, transparency, loyalty, and entrepreneurship.
A Great Place to Work
Solvere Living team members voted us a Great Place to Work® in 2019 and 2020. From the local communities to our corporate office, we’re dedicated to serving seniors, and we’re always looking for more passionate people to help improve the lives of others.
