Our Licensed Assisted Living program is designed to help you live an enriching life by connecting with the people and campus around you. We customize our care for each resident’s needs, supporting them through daily tasks, while encouraging greater independence whenever possible. Assisted living at Heartis Peoria allows our residents to feel confident in their ability to enjoy life on their terms.

We believe deeply in providing personalized and tailored care for each of our residents. Our Generations Memory Care program provides a community for our residents with dementia and Alzheimer’s. Our highly trained staff works with our residents on a daily basis to support them through their memory loss.
