Laurie began her cooking career at a local church, where she volunteered in the kitchen. Her passion turned into a profession when she realized how much joy cooking brought to herself and those around her. Laurie’s dedication to the culinary arts and serving others has only grown over her 13-year career, and she has been an invaluable asset to Heartis Longview since the doors opened in 2013.
Laurie is married, has two adult children, and remains an active member of her local church.
