Get your fix of delicious fare with all-day dining from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. The bistro coffee bar and grab-and-go items are perfect for a morning on the move, while the restaurant-style dining room allows you to sit, socialize, and share chef-prepared entrées that are made to order. If a cocktail is what you’re craving, you can indulge in happy hour before dinner.

Anthony Owens, Executive Chef

Chef Anthony has more than 30 years of experience in restaurants, hotels, and senior living communities. He started at Heartis San Antonio when it opened in 2016 and has always been committed to providing an exquisite all-day dining experience for residents and guests.

Every week, Anthony invites some of the residents to preview his menu and discuss what else they’d like to see on it. He also hosts food demonstrations so residents can try new items. Their input is his inspiration for creating a menu that pleases every palate.
