Manages the day-to-day operations of all departments at the community. The team member strives to achieve maximum occupancy while focusing on high resident satisfaction and quality resident care and services.
Plans, implements, and supervises the day-to-day social, educational, recreational, spiritual, therapeutic individual and group activities, and entertainment and transportation services for the residents living at the community.
Environmental Services Director
Responsible for the overall maintenance of the community, including the common areas, residential apartments, grounds, equipment, mechanical systems, and driving the community van.
Health Service Director
Works closely with the clinical and management teams to ensure quality care of all residents. The role requires a caring nature and the team member must demonstrate flexibility with residents who have complex situations.
Memory Care Director
Manages memory care with the goal of achieving and maintaining maximum occupancy, while also focusing on high resident satisfaction and quality resident care and services. Ensures compliance with applicable state and federal requirements. Maintains team morale through professional development and promotion of job satisfaction.
Responsible for achieving high occupancy through direct sales interaction with prospective residents, their families, and professional referral resources. Develops innovative and engaging community events that organically introduce potential residents to our senior living service.
Establishes and maintains all standards of quality, conduct, customer service, and productivity within the Food Services Department. Manages staffing, food and supply inventories, and works within established budget guidelines.
