At Heartis, the health and safety of our residents, staff, and visitors are our top priorities. As the coronavirus COVID-19 has evolved into a world health crisis, we continue to monitor the situation and are developing new protocols and procedures – in accordance with recommendations from the CDC and public health authorities – to reduce the risk of exposure. We will update this page on developments as they happen. In the meantime, stay safe and healthy.

Compliments to the chef

Chad McCoy, Executive Chef

Chad worked in the kitchen with his grandmother to hone his cooking skills from a young age. Since then, he’s graduated New England Culinary School with a degree in Culinary Arts and has worked in various luxury culinary environments, including multiple Four Seasons resorts.

As a passionate chef, Chad is always eager to experiment with new recipes that cater to the tastes of the residents. When he’s not whipping up unique culinary masterpieces, he enjoys hiking, kayaking, fishing, gardening, and spending time with family.
