Adam has worked as a chef and food service manager for more than 18 years. Since getting his degree in culinary arts, he’s managed kitchens and teams in the gaming, healthcare, hospitality, and senior living industries. While honing his craft has always been a priority, Adam is most motivated by the satisfaction of his customers. The happier residents are with his healthy and delicious entrées, the happier he is with the overall dining experience he was able to create.
